COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner is a hydrating toner filled with vitamin B5 and hyaluronic acid.
It will make your skin dewy, glowing and hydrated.
Vitamin B5 which is known as panthenol is the key ingredient of the Hydrium line. It has moisturizing, regenerating, and anti-inflammatory effects. It is safe to use it on acne-prone skin.
COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner contains only the necessary moisturizing ingredients with 13 ingredients. With Hydrium Synergy-8 Complex which consists of six types of hyaluronic acids, d-panthenol, and allantoin, COSRX Hydrium Watery Toner fills up the skin with moisture and helps it keep hydrated for a long time.
We love this toner as it can be used in many ways. You can use this toner to wipe away residue after cleansing and when you pat onto your skin. In addition, if your skin feels extra dry and heated, you can soak the cotton pads with this toner and use it as a toner sheet mask.
Also, it can be used as a mist during the day when your skin feels dry. Lastly, you can wash your face with the toner when your skin stimulated with dryness. Just mix this toner and water by the ratio of 8:2, and rinse your face at the last of cleansing routine. Don't wipe your face with a towel just tap gently your skin until the product is absorbed.

I wanted a toner that wouldn't irritate my skin. This is exactly what I needed. I use it by splashing a little onto a cotton pad then dabbing my skin. Prefer more of a hydrating feeling so I tend to use more but would definitely recommend
This is a nice, simple, hydrating toner. It didn't do any magic, but it also didn't irritate my skin and worked great during summer as an extra skin boost. Would buy again, especially for those times where your skin is having a rough patch and you don't want to take any risks.
Bought this to go with the cream for my nighttime routine. This is a mediocre toner, didn’t really provide enough hydration even after layering. I’ve tried a few hydrating toners, and frankly, rose water is much more hydrating than this (cheaper too). For context, I have dehydrated combination skin (normal/oily) and alternate tretinoin 3x/week & CosRX Blackhead Power Liquid 3x/week. There’s probably an ingredient in the Hydrium line that my skin doesn’t like…

Age: 20 Skin type: Combination/Oily/Sensitive Concerns: Dehydration, mild type 1 Rosacea. This toner would be good for people who prefer their toner to sink in straight away. However, it can obviously be layered if you’d like your skin damp before applying your other products. If you prefer more viscous textures then this isn’t for you, hence the name. Very simple and effective.
