Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Essence Water is a  refreshing, nourishing toner enriched with Hanbang(traditional Korean herbal medicine) ingredients for smoother and revitalized skin.

The essence toner contains 80% of Ginseng root water. The complex consists of Ginseng root water, Ginseng callus culture extract, Ginseng root extract, Ginseng berry extract, Lactobacillus/Ginseng root ferment filtrate. The hero ingredient, Ginseng is effective in preventing pigmentation and wrinkles caused by UV rays. It is known to promote hydration (moisturization effect) of the skin. It helps to protect the skin from external stimuli by retaining moisture deep in the skin for a long time.

In addition, Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Essence Water has 2% of niacinamide which is responsible for sebum control and brightening the skin. Last but not least important, 0.04% of Adenosine with glycerin and sodium hyaluronate bring moisture to the skin.

    Even though it has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the product, I have to say that the packaging is really good, simple but nice. The essence itself is a nice watery texture, a little smell that I appreciate and a nice addition to a routine. However, I do not see full on benefits, it has a nice feel but I do not think it is an absolute essential. Still a good experience to add, and no bad effects whatsoever. Makes me feel a bit fancy to have this AM and PM, so I guess I like it. XD

    This has a watery texture that absorbs into my skin really nicely. Little to no fragrance, and lots of good ingredients. It helps to hydrate my sensitive skin and keeps me glowy (in combination with serums and moisturiser).

    I love an essence water, I use 2 or three daily. This one hasn’t blown me away or done anything special but it hasn’t disappointed either and is a descent price compared to some.

    I tried a couple essences before, but I never really saw any major results from them, so their purpose was alway so confusing to me but this one is the best one, is really hydrating, it help slightly fading my dark marks and overall brighting my complexing. I super recommend this is amazing.
